ALL STATE GAMES

The All State Games will highlight players who have been nominated throughout the season at

Kentucky USSSA events.

Players are nominated for displaying great sportsmanship, effort and all around great tournament performance. Players from Kentucky, Southern Illinois, and Southeast Missouri are eligible for the Ketucky All-State Games.

We are including Southern Illinois and Southeast Missouri as a courtesy to those players who may be closer to Bowling Green than to their own state’s All State Games. However, both Illinois and Missouri host an All State Games as well and you will be eligible to participate in those events if nominated.

Event Information

August 19, 2017 (Rain date is August 20, 2017)
Michael Buchanon Park - Bowling Green, KY
Each player will wear their own team uniform
Players will be divided into teams and play in a two game round robin showcase.
Batting the Roster will be mandatory
Softballs will be provided
Teams and schedules will be announced about a week before the event begins.
Ages 6 - 18 (6U will be recognized on our website but will not play in the All State Games)
A/B/C Players are eligible.
There will be two division of play during All State Games; A/B and C. If enough players are nominated we will split into three seperate divisions.
Each player participating in the All-State Games will receive an:
- All-State Ring
- Individual Plaque

And

Each Player will be listed as an All-State Player and posted on this website.
Entry fee to participate: $75 per player

The All-State Games will include music, games, face painting, photo booth and much more! There will be a pizza party from

11AM to 1PM (players and coaches only).

The All State Games will highlight players who have been nominated throughout the season at

Play It Forward Sportz (USSSA) events in Southern Illinois, Merto East and Southeast Missouri. Players are nominated by coaches, umpires and our staff.

Players are nominated for displaying great sportsmanship, effort and all around great tournament performance. Players who have participated in a Play It Forward Sportz event are eligible for the All-State Games.

Nomination Process

PLAYER NOMINATION:

Team coach's will be asked to nominate players based on their order of finish in each USSSA tournament.

These nominated players will be the event's All-Tournament Team.

The first place team will nominate 6 players
The second place team will nominate 5 players
The third place team will nominate 4 players
The fourth place team will nominate 3 players
All other teams will nominate 1 player

ALL-STATE COACHING STAFF:

Coaching Staff selections will be announced after the State Tournament.

No Score will be recorded
If time permits we will do skills competitions (HR Derby, Bunt Drill, Base Race, Throwing Drill, Catcher Competition).
Batting the Roster will be mandatory
Softballs will be provided
Teams and schedules will be announced about a week before the event begins.
Ages 8 - 18
A/B/C Players are eligible.
There will be two division of play during All State Games; A/B and C, if possible. If enough players are nominated we will split into three separate divisions.

- Lunch
